Editor's Letter

Beloved in Christ:

I trust this finds you looking to him who made the worlds and is coming back again to receive his own. Not many people know this, but Jesus Christ was God in the flesh. He became flesh so he could be one with us. Also, God can't die, but as a man Jesus was able to go to the cross and there bear our sins in his own body as a sacrifice before a holy God. I am sure that we don't understand all of the intricacies of this but just have to accept it. And like the song, "We'll understand it better by and by." We walk by faith and not by sight. I don't understand many things but this one thing I know, Jesus gave me a peace that the world does not have nor can get. To God it is not complicated. The old drunk in the gutter can look up and turn his heart towards God and be saved as well as the rich man in the penthouse. Thank God we have a gospel that reaches into all places and strata of society. We don't have to apologize for our gospel for it is the power of God unto salvation to all that believeth. May the Lord bless you and keep you safe until next time.
