Every website has its own reason for being. Many sites have sprung up whose purpose is to serve as an index to other sites. Others exist to publish their own unique information. Yet others have combined these two functions to one degree or another.

In our own search for sites willing to provide links to our site, we have encountered all types. Many "index types" have been gracious enough to add us; others have indicated that their site falls into the second category. Of course, we respect the right of any site to adhere to its own purpose.

This site exists to share the ministry God has bestowed upon Bro. C. Parker Thomas. The message is unique and critical for the present hour. Of course, we have precious brothers and sisters -- God's elect remnant -- scattered abroad on the face of the earth. This site is for them.

There is, in our day, a veritable flood tide of differing religious views. We urge all, whether visiting here or elsewhere, to seek God with an open and unbiased heart. Avail yourself of the promise expressed by His Son, Jesus Christ: "If anyone chooses to do God's will, he will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own." John 7:17 (NIV). The same promise holds true today concerning anyone claiming to give out truth from God.

Perhaps the following information will be of help to those desiring to publicize their websites:

• Use an announcement service. There are all kinds and some are free!
• Be sure the major indexes know about you. For example:
• Yahoo - Be persistent! We submitted our site three times and then had a direct e-mail exchange to get listed! They are busy.
• Lycos
• Excite
• Google - a great search engine
• Browse through "index type" sites. A great place to start for Christian pages is Yahoo.
